We ship from a Central US location so we can deliver to you as fast as possible due to shorter shipping distances. Orders received are shipped within 24 hours. 

We utilize UPS, FedEx and USPS (especially for shipments to Canada). Shipping charges may be estimated on our Store’s Shopping Cart before you finalize your order. All shipments to Canada will be processed through the US Postal Service and charged a Fee of up to $7.50 (to cover customs and brokerage fees) in addition to the normal shipping charge.

Shipping Damages – In the rare case where a package is damaged during shipping, the customer needs to contact us within 24 hours. The customer will need to hold on to the package for 10 business days in case UPS, or we, decide to pick up the package. Each return request will be considered on an individual basis.
